great parks and landmarks with easy access

During my stay, I really enjoyed the close proximity to Piriapolis Beach, which was just a short walk away, and the beautiful Parque Municipal La Cascada, where I spent a lovely afternoon relaxing by the water. it made city strolling so rewarding and wasn't far from my hotel.

The hotel needs a serious renovation!!! Outdated decor and dusty hallways give it a neglected feel. Poor bathroom facilities, with weak water pressure and a lack of basic amenities in rooms. Dining options are severely limited.

Location was a big plus, right by a beautiful beach. The building looks charming but inside was kinda dark and old. Our room had an old TV, no hot water initially, and cleaning was not up to par. Breakfast was crowded, hardly enough food. Kids enjoyed the playroom, though. The salt water pool was nice but the whole place feels like it needs a refresh.
